I am a sassy, fearless 60-something who believes in pursuing your passions and dreams at any age in life. Having successfully changed spouses once and careers three times in wildly different arenas (government, business & industry, and academia), I am passionate about helping people leverage the remarkable power of visualization, mindset, and core energy to do what they really love.

To prepare for this moment, I successfully completed my Master of Arts (M.A.) at Auburn University and Ph.D. at University of Oklahoma, both in the field of Communication.  More recently I earned my Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index - Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and COR.E Dynamics - Transitions designations with the top-rated Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

My passion project is serving as founding editor of Boomalally Magazine, a fun, fabulous digital lifestyle magazine that celebrates life after 50.  My mission is to help you get to where you want to go, faster than before, with less stress, more joy, and less negative energy.

Saint Louis, MO, is home, where I live on a small lake with my amazing husband and our two four-legged children, Chester and Psycho Kitty.
